Our Mission and Values
The Uganda Muslim Community in the Netherlands is dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging and cultural identity among Ugandan Muslims and promoting a positive impact to the Dutch society. We strive to create a supportive environment that promotes community spirit and integration efforts.
We organize more than 10 events yearly to strengthen bonds within the community and the Dutch society.
We boost of more than 1000 members who actively participate in our programs.

Our Commitment to Community
The Uganda Muslim Community in the Netherlands is dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging and cultural identity among Ugandan immigrant Muslims Community combined with the Dutch social integration policy. We provide essential support through networking, cultural exchange, and religious guidance.
We are supporting and guiding over 1000 members in their spiritual journeys, togetherness and society participation.
Our community organizes around 10 events annually to promote religious and community bonding to enable integration in the Dutch society while practicing Islam.
We offer 5 programs each year to help members connect with other members and the outside community these include: Iftar during Ramadan, workshops on mental health and Quran reciting competitions.
Our team includes 5 dedicated religious advisors to guide members in their spiritual practices, family guidance and Dutch integration programs.

Community Imam
Sheikh Twalha is the community Imam and responsible for all spiritual guidance.

Leader Da’wah
Responsible for inviting, guiding muslims and non-muslims to understand Islam.
